Continental U.S. will be shipped via UPS
Standard Ground Service unless
otherwise specified by purchaser. UPS
Expedited Services such as Next
Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3
Day Select are available at purchasers
request and expense. Customer MUST
provide a street address for UPS services as
UPS DOES NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
There IS NO ground service of any type
for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico |

| All International orders are
shipped via UPS Worldwide Express
service unless otherwise specified by
customer. Charges for these shipments are
based on the RECIPIENTS address NOT
the buyers address if they differ. When UPS
cannot deliver a package because of
insufficient addressing, USPS must be used.

staff for rate quotes for all
international orders. In this email you must
provide us with a shipping address so we can
calculate a shipping rate. Any and all Duties
and/or Taxes are the responsibility of the
purchaser or recipient upon delivery. Please
consult your local customs office for more
information about applicable duties and taxes.
If you are shipping a gift to someone outside
the U.S., please remember that the gift
recipient will be responsible for paying any
applicable duties and taxes. These fees CANNOT
be added to your order -- they must be paid
upon delivery/pickup. |

How Soon Are Packages
Shipped?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days.
If the shipment will be delayed for any
reason, we will notify you via email as soon
as possible and let you know your options. We
are not responsible for shipping delays beyond
our control, up to and including weather
delays, labor issues, or the like. |

UPS disclosures
The UPS Guarantee does not apply to UPS Ground
shipments that are picked up or scheduled to
be delivered between December 12 and December
25.

| On UPS holidays - November 27,
December 25, and January 1 - there is no
time-in-transit movement for any packages
tendered to UPS. Also, November 28, December
24, and December 31 are "UPS Air and
International package" -transit days
only. For other UPS services, these are not
transit days. |

RETURNS |
| Christmasvillage.net will not
be responsible for any damage incurred during
shipping -- you must file a claim with the
carrier for the insured amount plus shipping
charges -- no exceptions. We will replace
damaged goods at the original purchase price
plus shipping only. Claims for damage should
be filed with the carrier immediately upon
inspection -- any delay may cause loss of
claim payment. Goods found to be non-working
(electrical, mechanical, etc.) upon receipt
will be replaced upon Christmasvillage.net
receiving the non-working item back in new
condition. Please pack returns carefully as we
will refuse the package if returned damaged.
No refunds on damaged or non-working items.
All returned goods will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
Please Note: No returns
will be honored after December 1st due to the
seasonality of our products.
